Annual Business Plan Meet 2024
After intense preparations the Matrix leadership team across India took time from their daily work to gather at Mysore to plan for the new financial year ending March 2025 on 12th and 13th April 2024. While the first day was focused on summarising activities and milestones of FY24, the second day was spent deliberating on how FY25 can be made even more successful.
The teams travelled from across India – Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Delhi to reconnect, discuss, iron-out issues while having fun together.
The travel to and fro by train from Chennai/Bangalore to Mysore as a big gang added to the fun. The active participation of founders – PC Balasubramanian, Sankararaman, Jayasree along with Group CFO Radha Ramanujan and Snehashish Bhattacharjee, CEO, Denave, added weight to the seriousness of the event. The Matrix camaraderie and energy was visible throughout the two days.

1.16 Grievance Officer
Matrix has appointed Ms. Jayasree Srinivasan as the Chief Privacy Officer/Grievance Officer. She can be reached at grievance.officer@matrixbsindia.com.
