Executive / Senior Executive & Team Lead – Field Auditors

Calendar  4-6 years    Location  Bangalore


Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel

For Executives and Senior Executives – Field Auditors:

  • Verify the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Conduct physical audits of stock.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count.
  • Identify discrepancies or differences in inventory stocks.
  • Reconcile computer data with physical counts.
  • Analyze stock data to determine inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Create reports on inventory levels and communicate findings to management.

For Team Lead – Field Auditors:

  • Align and manage the audit team.
  • Confirm audit schedules with clients.
  • Manage attendance of auditors.
  • Collect book stock from the respective audit site and allocate resources.
  • Conduct frequent validations of audit proceedings during audits.
  • Ensure compliance and integrity throughout the audit process.
  • Validate and sign off audit reports.
  • Coordinate with clients for subsequent audits.

Job Summary:

This role as a General Manager Operational Risk/ Enterprise Risk Management/ Business Risk Management including team management is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of trade promotions, strong operational and process optimization skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams and engage with clients. The candidate will be actively involved in working with client stake holder’s in this domain, running their operations and making sure distributor claims get paid out with minimum friction and maximum compliance. He / she should have a solid background in FMCG or Retail, along with the qualifications and experience outlined in the job description.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations related to trade promotion management services, payment of trade promotion incentives to distributors, adhering to client compliance norms.
    • Implement and maintain efficient processes for promotion planning, execution, and tracking and compliance.
    • Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Continuously improve processes and service quality.
  • Process Automation and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions.
    • Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to improve operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a large, high-performing team of professionals.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on trade promotion performance.
    • Ensure transparency and clear communication within the organization.
